I still feel like that sometimes and I’m a yoga teacher But I am also the creator of Lakora Yoga an amazing online community that helps inflexible people just like me see results fast. Unlike many yoga instructors out there, I know what it’s like to struggle with flexibility. I was always the least mobile person in my yoga classes, and that fuelled my determination to find a way to overcome my limitations and embrace my body’s unique journey.
Drawing from my own personal challenges and triumphs, I have crafted a flexibility training that resonates with individuals who may feel discouraged due to their perceived lack of flexibility. My mission is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore and progress at your own pace, free from comparison or feeling overwhelmed AND in little time! I am a mum to a 6 year old, I know how busy most of us can be.
What sets me apart is my ability to empathize with your struggles and frustrations. I understand what it’s like to feel limited, both physically and mentally, and the courage it takes to embark on a journey of flexibility. I approach teaching from a place of empathy, ensuring that each step of the way, you feel seen, heard, and supported.
