Hi, I’m Leah, founder of Lakora Yoga. I am a fully qualified Yoga teacher and Parent to a crazy 7 year old.
I started practicing Yoga back in 2013, and noticed how it dramatically changed my flexibility and my mindset to one that accepted new challenges and faced them instead of letting opportunities pass me by. Yoga is after all, all about the mindset. Having my daughter in 2017, yoga was my outlet, it was were I could be me and focus on myself and not just be Mum.
I created this course for anyone who feels inflexible that doesn’t have much time but wants to see improvement fast because that was me.
When I first started Yoga I could barely touch my shins, I certainly couldn’t lift up into wheel! After 6 years of inconsistent practice I was finally able to nail some of the poses that I thought I would never be able to achieve, but most importantly, I was able to change my mindset to a more positive, calmer outlook, a mindset that says ‘yes, I can do that‘.
Over the last 5 years I have undertaken a lot of training and, my physical practice has improved way beyond what I could have imagined all those years ago.
I’m here to share with you my best tips to help inflexible yogis like me reach your Yogi goals in a matter of days/weeks and not years like me because I know your time is precious. I am not here to show you extreme Yogi Positions but they may be possible after this.
