Because we love these little humans, we wanted this and DAMN don’t we feel guilty for ever thinking anything negative when this was our choice!
Feeling me? I thought so. When my little one was 3 I realised I can’t live like this anymore. Me and her crying and shouting at each other and that is when things changed. That is when I got really into the yoga and self-care and realised so much about myself and so much about what I want my life to be like. I started doing yoga regularly, I started journaling, I created the best sleep routine, I am still working on the healthy eating (no ones perfect) and I have changed the way I look at parenting. I used to try and fix my child but now I know it’s not her, its me that needs fixing and I have grown so much as a person over the last couple years and am still changing. I want to share these experiences and give parents the opportunity to be in a like minded community and know you are never alone.

About your yoga course teacher:
Leah Hyne is an online yoga teacher and founder of Lakora Yoga. As a mum of a little one she knows how busy life can be and that self-care can sometimes take a back seat and she loves helping parents find that care time again through mindfulness, yoga and meditation. It helped her own sanity when she was struggling with the demands of motherhood, waking every 2 hours, constantly feeding, no time for her own self-care and really struggling mentally to do anything! So with great passion she now shares her experiences and what she has discovered from experts around the world what helps cut through that parenting chaos and how to look after yourself.
