Yoga nidra is a form of meditation to help you relax deeply and is great to do before bed as it helps you to sleep longer and can also help you to drift off to sleep.
Yoga nidra uses a technique to relax each individual body part to help your mind stay focused but your body relaxed. Doing Yoga nidra regularly can help you to;
- enjoy life to the fullest
- get better sleep
- understand your body better
- reduce stress
- release tension/pain in the body
- heal any trauma in the body and mind
