Want a deeper backbend?

When I first attempted wheel pose I could barely get my arms up above my head, let alone push my body up off the floor. I saw all these people coming into it so easily and it gave me the motivation I needed.

I created this video for anyone who is struggling with Wheel Pose. In this video you will practice the best poses that will help to improve your wheel. Even if you can’t lift off, by repeating these exercises you soon will. You will gain strength and flexibility which will help you in the future.
