If you have a baby or toddler you will know that pain you get in your arms, shoulders, back from carrying them around most of the day.
These are the stretches i like to do after carrying around my toddler.
These poses are great for forearm balances or any yoga pose that you need to work the shoulders.
1. Lay on your stomach then bring your right foot ul and over onto the floor behind you and use your right hand to push yourself up a little further. Left arm is out straight under you.
2. Puppy pose. Sink your chest low.
3. Over head shoulder stretch
4. Cow face arms. Clasp hands or grab your tshirt.
5. Eagle arms.
