I have had a few people ask where I took my yoga teacher training course. I took mine with Amy Yoga down in Cornwall UK. It was amazing, I visited every month for a weekend over the space of a year and learnt so much about the world of yoga and myself.
At the time I had a 2 year old and there was no way I could leave here for weeks to do an abroad teacher training like most yoga teachers do. I was still breastfeeding and she had never been more than 1 night without me. So this was definitely the best option for me.
