Morning Flexibility Class

The mornings for me are crazy, my daughter wakes me up anywhere between 5 and 6am and I wish I had that energy she comes running in with, that happiness of a new day and excitement for new adventures.

I was not like that, I would roll out of bed, get a cup of tea and sit there thinking ‘I just want to go back to bed’ and don’t get me wrong, i still have days like that. 

But what helps me start my morning like a crazy loving life child is doing yoga asap after waking up.

So here’s a short morning routine that will also help with your flexibility after the launch of my course i thought it was fitting.
