Meditation to destress

Hi, If you don’t know who I am, it’s nice to virtually meet you. My name is Leah and I have been practicing yoga for around 10 years now. I got drawn to yoga through the exact reason I created this meditation. Stress! I used to get so stressed and I could never pull myself out of that feeling until I found how to understand myself through yoga. I’m not saying that after 1 yoga class you are going to be stress free and feeling on top of the world but maybe after a few classes that feeling will start seeping in as you learn more about your own true self.

I created this meditation to help you relax and destress. I love meditations, there are so many different ways that you can meditate. Did you know that even doing the dishes can be meditation? If your mind is completely focused on what you are doing and you are ‘zoned out’ It can be a form of meditation, when your mind is completely focused on what you are doing.

If you are new to meditation than a guided one like the one you can get below is great to help you keep focus, just focus on my voice and try not to let your mind wonder off too much. Let me know what you think, I would love to hear your feedback.
