I am so excited! In person classes are back on in Plymstock, as some of you may know, during the summer I was teaching donation classes at radford park when the weather allowed.
Unfortunately we can’t keep that up all year as we now have icy mornings and doing yoga in the cold is not very relaxing or fun. But..
I am now teaching at the radford communtiy centre, stockingway close on wednesdays mornings at 9.30am!
These classes will only be in term times which is great for the local mums because you get some time to focus completely on you while your kids are at school!
