My favourite recipe lately. I’ve been making this weekly its just so yummy! I hope you enjoy.
Ingredients:
3 bananas
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup oat milk
¾ cup sugar
2 tbsp vanilla essence
2 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 bag vegan chocolate chips (i use dark choc drops from asda)
Mix all together in a bowl, add to a loaf tin and cook on 150 degrees for 50 minutes. Its that easy!
Leave to cool and then demolish.
