6 week ‘new to yoga’ course

Hi everyone,

I have a new 6 week new to yoga course out!

So I want to say thank you for the amazing turn out on my 30 day yoga challenge on YouTube, I know some of you are still making your way through it and the feedback I have got is incredible and i am so glad that it is helping.

I think the world needs yoga right now. I haven’t spoken to a single person who hasn’t been effected by Covid19. We are all feeling the effects in some way. With this in mind I want to help us all with changing our mindset and looking at the positives in life. I know this isn’t always an option but that’s what I love about yoga. You can get on your mat, sweat it out if you want, feel calm and relaxed or even have a big cry.

The point of yoga is to look inwards and work on what’s affecting you and that is going to look different for everyone. 

So I have created a new to yoga beginners course. This course can be for complete beginners or anyone that’s looking to deepen there knowledge about yoga and hopefully introduce you to the amazing effects that yoga can have. 

With this course I aim to:

– deepen your knowledge on yoga

– breakdown pose alignment 

– give variations of poses

– basic yoga sequencing

You will gain lifetime access to this course, it will be hosted inside a private Facebook group where you can ask for help and advice at any time. It can be sent by email if you would prefer (just let me know).
