Welcome, my name is Leah and I’m here to help stressed mums find some calmness and rediscover themselves through yoga and meditation so that they can have a happier mind and more patience with themselves. I focus on managing the stress levels and well-being of Mum and I know your time is limited so I have different length classes, styles and talks to help you find a practice which suits your needs and helps you to become the best version of yourself.
This particular practice is aimed at parents who only have a few minutes to practice. You don’t even need a mat. Come and join me because even 5 minutes a day can make a difference to your mental health.
