If you haven’t met me before, Hi, I’m Leah and I have been practicing yoga for around 14 years now! I’ve been a qualified teacher since 2020.

In the last 4 years I have helped inflexible people gain flexibility and i specialise in helping people get closer to their toes. We have had such amazing results. Just look below.
