Monday One to One Classes
A One to One Zoom class for Yogis of all levels & ability, just you, me, our mats, & an hour of Yoga built around you!
Classes are booked in hour slots between 10:00 & 14:00 (GMT), Monday, every week (except school holidays)
Classes start promptly & must conclude by the booked finish time to allow for the next student to begin their own class.
All classes start with a 5 minute warmup, during which we’ll discuss your goals for the class, & establish how the class will proceed.
What do I need?
- Your Yoga Mat (it’s ok if you don’t have one – just use your carpet / floor!)
- Comfortable, flexible or loose clothing
- A bottle of water
- Yourself!

Wednesday Morning Classes
A 10 person class in Plymstock, Plymouth (UK), for Yogis of all levels & ability – book in now to claim a space before they’re all gone!
09:30 till 10:30 (GMT), Wednesday mornings, every week (except school holidays)

What do I need to bring?
- Your Yoga Mat (for beginners / anyone wanting to give Yoga a go, I have a small number of Mats available each session)
- Comfortable, flexible or loose clothing
- (Optional) A Blanket to keep yourself warm in the event that the venue is colder than you find comfortable
- A bottle of water
- Yourself!

A 10 person Zoom class for Yogis of all levels & ability, intended to get you moving during your lunch break – book in now to claim a space before they’re all gone!
12:30 till 13:00 (GMT), Thursday lunchtime, every week (except school holidays)
