Welcome to your online yoga day retreat where 15 expert teachers will guide you through various styles of yoga to help you find peace, balance, and relaxation. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, this retreat is designed to help you discover different styles of yoga and connect with like-minded individuals from around the world.

Our retreat is completely FREE and online, so you can join from the comfort of your own home. We’ve designed the schedule so that you can pick and choose which classes you would like to attend, these will be held at various times throughout the day and recordings available for 3 days for those who can’t attend live but really want to try the other classes.

Our team of 15 expert teachers have decades of combined experience in various styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Meditation, Gentle, Face yoga, Power and more. Each teacher has their own unique approach and teaching style, so you’ll have the opportunity to explore a variety of practices and find what resonates with you. This is a great opportunity to discover new classes and teachers.
Our team of teachers will be available to answer any questions you have during and after class.

Meet The Experts

Sophie Sanders – Gentle Yoga

Sophie is a yoga teacher, specialising in Fertility Yoga, Yoga for Women’s Health and Baptiste Power Vinyasa. Her mission is to help overly busy women reduce stress and anxiety as as they move forward in their fertility journey and life, through yoga and coaching.

Tjaša Bobek – Ashtanga

Tjaša is a yoga teacher (RYS 200) and currently passionate about ashtanga vinyasa yoga. She will guide you through shortened ashtanga vinyasa sequence (primary series) at 8am. Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a dynamic yoga practice that connects movement with breath. Individual poses (asanas) are connected by a flowing sequence of movements (vinyasa).

Polina Ryazantseva – Face Yoga

Polina is the founder of Elemental, and she helps women in midlife to overcome the natural fear of ageing with the peri/menopause-specific body movement and face yoga programs. She is an experienced teacher of Pilates and Yoga, and a certified Face Yoga instructor.

Rachel McDermott – Aroma Flow

Rachel is currently a 350 hour registered yoga teacher in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket yoga. She is trained in Yin & Pre / Postnatal Yoga . She is also a qualified Reiki practitioner. She is passionate about creating classes and retreats for people to come and REST and RESTORE. She combines aromatherapy, meditation and yoga to take you on an aromatic, sensory journey, so that you leave nourished, connected and calm.

Celi Lopez – Yoga Therapy

Celina is the Director and founder of SOMOS MOVIMIENTO Yoga Studio. They are located in Buenos Aires, Argentina but also online to reach students from all over the world! They believe that wellness is a journey that is worth every step of the way, because to accomplish a goal everything you do is important, as small as it looks, we know that you should not take it for granted, in the process of becoming the BEST version of YOURSELF!

Leah Hyne – Vinyasa & Yin

Leah is passionate about helping mums find some time to themselves to destress and improve their mental and physical health. Being inflexible most of her life she has found tools to help others move their bodies, release aches and pains and most importantly have fun with it. She is always interrupted by cats and children but loves showing the real life of a yogi.

Paola Roberta Anand Bhakti – Chair Yoga

Paola loves sharing Chair yoga because it truly is accessible to every body. It will be a very gentle practice with calming breath work, gentle poses and a brief meditation. It will leave you feeling calm and restored.

Dani Frank – Restorative Yoga

Dani Frank is a seasoned coach and the founder of Sole Journey Wellness, a holistic wellness practice that helps individuals live their best lives through a personalized approach to mental health, career development, and wellness.

Mahsa Jamsaz – Hatha

Mahsa loves to show her students how improving your balance on the mat will bring clarity to your thoughts, create room for positivity in your heart, and help you find joy in your day. Whether you’re a busy professional or a dedicated parent at home, you’ll leave this class feeling more in control.

Thalia Tooke – Sculpt Yoga

Thalia is a Yoga instructor, Wellness Advisor-Neurosensory Specialist, etc. She wears many hats in the industry. She creates custom programs in fitness-health, mindset-personal development and self-care-wellness. For clients who embark on their well-being journey. She gives clients the skills and tools to change and transform their lives-wellness wheel. The pillars of the wellness wheel are: emotional, mental, social and physical, environmental, financial and spiritual.

Karen Norris – Power Yoga

Karens mission is to empower women to shine their brightest throughout their journey of health, wellbeing and self discovery. Uncover the magic of mind body connection, rediscover their passion for self and innate ability to heal and live a life of joy and purpose. 

Antonina Zelenina – Somatic Yoga

Antonina teaches people to move their bodies with care and curiosity. Somatics is all about feeling the body and the movement from the inside. So, it’s a shift from thinking how the pose looks to how it feels like. She believe that each person is their own best healer and educator, and somatic yoga helps on the way to realizing this potential.

Gosia Wojciulewicz

Gosia will be teaching Meditation in this retreat. she is passionate about self growth blending four elements together: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. She will be teaching you how to transform and improve different aspects of your life with meditation and integrate it in your daily life with success and confidence.

Jeannette Rodriguez

Jeannette Rodriguez is a passionate wellness professional and founder of Ethereal Lotus Yoga, helping individuals learn the tools to feel embodied and confident. Jeannette’s distinct approach to wellness combines trauma-informed education, yogic philosophy, neuroscience, modern psychology, and other mind-body techniques to remind individuals of their personal power and support them on their journey toward overall well-being.

Urska Ivanuša

Urska is a movement therapy and yoga teacher who believes in the healing power of the mind, body, and spirit connection. Her journey to becoming a therapist has been a long and winding road, filled with personal challenges and transformative experiences. It is through these challenges that she discovered the power of the five senses and how they can be harnessed to promote healing and well-being.


All classes will be 30 minutes long (5 minute intro, 20 min practice and 5 min ending). You can join any classes that take your fancy. Once signed up you will get access to the Facebook group where the live classes will be held and have access to them for 3 days.

You may need some extra props for class. eg, chairs, blocks, blankets etc but an email will confirm your registration and anything you may need. Props aren’t necessary but may come in handy.
