Lakora Yoga courses come in 3 flavours: Hatchling, Fledgling & Starling, each designed to suit a specific level of ability & knowledge.
The Fledgling Yogi series offers a selection of Courses designed to help you develop your Yoga knowledge & target key techniques, as well as improving your Yoga, they are designed with the new to class experience in mind. After all, we’ve all been there; walking in to a Yoga Class in person, for the first time. Unsure of what is going on, what these different poses mean or are meant to look like. With Hatchling, one of our core goals is to help you build your confidence, to enable you to go out there & enjoy in-person Yoga, without the anxiety.
Lakora Crow Pose
A 25 Day course to help you build up strength and understand how to get into crow pose the foundational arm balance pose. Once you have learnt your crow pose it’s so much easier to transition into others. More Info.
