Why I Created LOOSEN
When I became a mum, I stopped having time for the hour-long yoga practices I used to love. I felt overwhelmed. Pulled in every direction. Like I was constantly looking after everyone else and forgetting myself. What surprised me was that the answer wasn’t more discipline. It wasn’t forcing myself to “push through.” It was learning how to release tension from my body and calm my nervous system. The calmer I became, the better I handled everything else.
