Join us for three days of yoga, breathing, and meditation designed specifically for busy mums who need a little self-care. You’ll learn how to destress, centre yourself, and cultivate a sense of peace and calm that you can carry with you throughout your day.
Here’s what you’ll get:
Day 1: Introduction to yoga to shift energy for stress relief. You’ll learn yoga poses that help destress and centre your mind and body that you can use anytime, anywhere.
Day 2: Yin yoga to let go. You’ll slow down and let go of the stress and tension that’s been weighing you down. You’ll learn how to connect with your breath, release tension, and find inner peace.
Day 3: Guided meditation of your future calmer self. You’ll learn how to visualize your future and aim for what you want in life. You’ll leave feeling empowered, focused, and ready to take on whatever challenges come your way.

About your Yoga Teacher:
Leah Hyne is an online yoga teacher and founder of Lakora Yoga. As a mum of a little one she knows how busy life can be and that self-care can sometimes take a back seat and she loves helping mums find that care time again. She loves helping beginner yogis stay consistent in their yoga practice so that they can feel the amazing mental health benefits such as feeling calmer, happier and more positive. What if I’m not tech savvy?
You don’t need to be. We’ve got easy step by step instructions in the welcome email that you can follow but each day you will receive an email with the class that is all you need.
When does the challenge start?
The challenge starts 2nd of may and will be running for 3 days. The videos will be released 6am every morning with a Q&A live talk in the Facebook group every evening. You do not have to attend this, replays will be available but if you have any questions then please show up because the people who get involved more are the people who see results.
How long do I have access to the challenge?
The videos will be available for 2 weeks and then they will be taken down. You can still have access if you join my mindful course at the end (more details to come on that soon)
Is this only for beginners?
Nope! This challenge will help anyone wanting to learn more about themselves, self care and yoga. Especially Mums!
